New Restaurant? Bean And Burgundy Kitchen?

TripKlaus has noticed a sign on Rte 40 in Ellicott City that says "Bean and Burgundy Kitchen" No other words. We're hoping it's a new restaurant. Does anyone know?

Look at the former Blockbuster near the intersection with Arcadia Drive. Let us know what you see.

Some generic "food" scenes in the window. I didn't see anything to suggest a cuisine.

Heard it will be Ethiopian restaurant.

The owner told us Ethiopian restaurant . Perhaps they changed their plans since we talked.

I was hoping it would be a gourmet kitchen store like Willaims Sonoma. The pictures on the window seemed to suggest that I thought.

Tigi's Ethiopian Restaurant: Behind Dunkin' Donuts at Normandy - Route 40. Owner had told us that he would be opening an Ethiopian restaurant "by the Dunkin' Donuts on Rt. 40," but no one clarified at that time Which Dunkin' Donuts. Tigi's is now open.

This place is a shipwreck, they operate as a deli and a splash of Korean food. I had the chicken salad wrap with the grapes and nuts I bit into a big grape with a seed in it thought I chipped a tooth. If you love carry out breakfast like inner city Baltimore Md, the manager is nice but looks clueless seems like she holds long conversations to cover up for something I was uncomfortable when she touched my back. The coffee and desserts are to talk about I see they have a chef he where's a white tall hat which is nice but I see no cuisine from him seems as they Koreans really don't need him. Just yesterday there was a big argument and they lost there chef so the direction they go in does not look good, seems as though manager bosses the owner around Mrs.lee due to her non input in the ways she handles things. They have babies in the kitchen playing and nasty staff that seems like they argued with the chef on Wednesday right at the grill line... I hope and pray they find a identity fast cause it doesn't look to convincing the soft opening turned into just OPEN and they are not ready confused disorganized and I would revisit in at least 3 months please take into consideration
