What Food Is Best At the Howard County Fair?

What food do you recommend at the Howard County Fair?  It runs through this weekend, and I want to hear suggestions.

I've actually never been.  We're making plans for next year.

    Never been? You must go. Ok, so the food is not something to write about but it's fun. The livestock and other exhibits are worth it. Another blogger won a blue ribbon for a vegetable submission!
