The Mad City coffee shop in Columbia is a mainstay among the local shops, and Elizabeth blogs on the Bare Midriff about seven reasons why she loves going there -- including the geeks.
Great local coffee - the regular house blend rotations tend to be a little weak for my tastes, but both the Italian and French Roasts are superb and featured at least once week. Many a local politician seen meeting with constituents and eclectic live music on weekends make it more of a throwback to old school 90's Seattle shops.
I love comments -- especially comments that specifically recommend dishes or items to buy. Tell people what you like and why. If you can, please don't leave it as "anonymous." Just choose "name/URL" below, type in a nickname and leave the URL part blank. I like following people's comments even if I don't know your name.
