Link: Smokin Hot On Grub Grade
Smokin Hot in Glenwood provided Adam of GrubGrade with a feast a day after his Thanksgiving feast -- and Adam recommends the barbecue and the kale with smoked turkey. Adam talks up the pit club sandwich -- with some humor that makes GrubGrade worth checking out for local posts. He would like some improvements on the in-house feel and the sweet potato fries, but he recommends Smokin Hot as one of greater Baltimore's better spots for barbecue.

If you go, ask for the Sarah's sauce - not one of their regular ones that they bring out but super good.... if you like spicy
ReplyDeleteI swear I went to a different restaurant than the one I keep reading these rave reviews for. The day we ate there the food was just barely edible.
ReplyDeleteI think I'll stick to the Lisbon Grille for good smoked meat. We have yet to be disappointed. My husband and brother-in-law report that the club sandwich is made from meat that is smoked on-site also, and is the best club sandwich they've ever eaten. Oakey's beef is good, too.
ReplyDeleteSorry - that above comment on the Lisbon Grille was from me. I got carried away editing my signature !
