Grilled Cheese & Co. is looking for space to open a Columbia location, according to Wordbones in the Tales of Two Cities blog.
Wordbones is my source for local commercial real estate. His post talks about the Catonsville grilled sandwich restaurant, about Jersey Mikes sub shop chain looking for local spots, and about a report in the Baltimore Business Journal that Howard County has seen a net loss of 11 restaurants since 2008.
How about in Ellicott City in the sort of new strip mall on the corner of Rte. 108 and Snowden River Pkwy. This would be a fabulous addition to the shopping center that already contains Coal Fire.
ReplyDeleteI wish someone would open a good ramen/soba bar (NOT pho, or anything-mein).
