I went to Chick'n Pollo...Thank you for the tip. I went to Chick'n Pollo last Saturday to try the anticuchos. They were delicious. I had been craving anticuchos for a while (we have them in my country as well). My brother will be visiting me this weekend and he is already looking forward to having some anticuchos. Their ceviche looked good also. I'm actually a fan of heart - it's dirt cheap at Treuth's, just requires a little work by way of trimming/etc, and is fantastic with a marinade & grill.
